I finally found a minimal reproducible example:

struct Base { const char *Bar; };
struct Foo : public Base
{
  static const int m_MsgIdx = 0;
};

static void Func(const char* Foo::*Field) {}

int main() {
  Func(&Foo::Bar); // Break here and step
}

I'll try to bisect.
