gdb has `show environment` which shows the environment as seen by gdb. Ther=
e's
also some remote protocol support for `set environment`/`unset environment`=
 for
launching an inferior, but there's nothing to read the environment of an
already existing inferior.

I think it would make sense to add `info proc env[iron]` that reads the
appropriate /proc/<pid>/environ file, rely on the vFile remote stuff to make
this work, and document the limitations of `show environment`.
