DAP says that stop events should differentiate between:

    reason: 'step' | 'breakpoint' | 'exception' | 'pause' | 'entry' | 'goto'
        | 'function breakpoint' | 'data breakpoint' | 'instruction breakpoint'
        | string;

Currently this isn't done.
