It wouldn't be too hard to implement of course. But currently gdb seems to rely
on Valgrind not having it so it can detect whether it is speaking to vgdb or
not. See gdb/remote.c (remote_target::filesystem_is_local).

It isn't a great detection though, since it produces a warning that imho
confuses the user.

But if you think using vFile:open will make a good interface for detecting
whether the local filesystem == remote filesystem we can certainly implement
it.
