The DAP "source" request tells gdb to send the text of a source file.
This would be handy for the scenario where an IDE launches gdb
on some remote machine.

To implement this, we'd need to fix up a couple of spots
that specify "sourceReference": 0, and also at least one
spot (loadedSources request) that doesn't specify this at all.

We'd probably also need a Python API to something like find_and_open_source.
