Right now, DWARF CU expansion can't really be interrupted.
There are some calls to QUIT in the various "quick" APIs,
but none in the lower levels of expansion; nor in buildsym.c.
Allowing a finer-grained quit might be nice.
If bug #30713 is implemented, then this is a pre-requisite,
so that quits from some lower level don't break things.
(Though one option there would be to temporarily block
SIGINT or to install a no-op quit handler.)
