Right now gdb will emit complaints for some subset of
weird DWARF it discovers.  However, I tend to think this is
not very useful:

* many things are not detected
* complaints are off by default
* even when they are on, they are not actionable by user
* to my knowledge, no compiler bug has ever been fixed
  by virtue of a complain

I think instead of complaints, if we think something
is severe enough to warrant the user's attention, gdb
should issue a warning.

In other cases, a comment suffices IMO, and we should just
delete all the complaint calls.

DWARF linting would still be valuable but it's better
addressed by resurrecting dwarflint.
