On riscv64-linux (ubuntu 22.04), I run into:

(gdb) PASS: gdb.arch/riscv-tdesc-regs.exp: load the target description that
lacks fflags and frm

(gdb) FAIL: gdb.arch/riscv-tdesc-regs.exp: info registers fflags
