The clang buildbot has been consistently failing and getting a TCL error on
gdb.dap/basic-dap.exp. See log here:

The problem seems to be that the output for the stop event is coming before the
output for stepping out of a function.
I couldn't reproduce the issue in a rawhide virtual machine.
