Move unittests object files to unittests subdirectory

Move the object files corresponding to unittests/*.c to the unittests
subdirectory in the build tree.

	* Makefile.in (SUBDIR_UNITTESTS_OBS): Redefine.
	(%.o): Remove unittests rule.
	(CONFIG_SRC_SUBDIR): Add unittests.
