Subject: Can we stop when process goes into uninterruptible sleep
Date: Fri, 05 Oct 2018 10:55:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20a7353a-ae37-f745-f863-cdea515bf588@linki.tools> (raw)
Hi,
I am having a problem with a set of processes (most likely a race
condition) that causes them to often go into uninterruptible sleep. The
'D' status flag in htop.
Is there a way to use gdb to understand why this is happening? Maybe
some sort of break when the process changes state?
Thanks,
