Hi,
I have ported gdb simulator to National's Compact RISC - 16bit processor.
I would like to submit this new target support patch to FSF. Please let me know 
the process to do the same.

NOTE: I already singed FSF agreement on 25th May 2007 (RT 333793).

If you have paperwork already in place, then all you need to do is
generate a patch as context or unified diff, write a ChangeLog entry,
and post it to the gdb-patches list.  See the CONTRIBUTE file in the
source directory for more information, or the archives of the
gdb-patches list for examples.
