Edjunior,
Thanks for writing this up.  There are two lines of "set_board_info
gdb_server_prog" and we can combine them to:

  # Path to the gdbserver executable on target board.
  set_board_info gdb_server_prog /home/user/gdbserver-devel/gdbserver
