Several (all?) locales list bug-glibc@gnu.org as the contact email
for the locale.  This mailing list is not used any more, and should
be changed to libc-locales@sources.redhat.com or if possible
<URL: http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/ >.

I'm not sure if the LC_IDENTIFICATION:email field can handle URLs, or
if the content must be an email address.  We need to check this out
first.
