When trying to create a DETACHED thread, with EXPLICIT SCHEDULING and SCHED_FIFO
and a specified priority, as a standard user (so the creation fails with EPERM),
sometimes a segmentation fault happens.

All the above condition must be present to reproduce the problem (a joinable
thread for example won't produce a segfault).

NOTE: this is similar to bug 401 but it's another issue. Sorry if I should have
reopened the bug instead of creating a new one...
