Subject: [Bug libc/946] New: X86_64: Can not write a buffer more than 2Go with write() funtion
Date: Thu, 12 May 2005 14:55:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20050512145509.946.zhoux@imacs.polytechnique.fr> (raw)

X86_64: Can not write a buffer more than 2Go with write()

The function write will return error when the size of buffer is bigger
than 2147483648 bytes, which seems like a 32-bits limite.

I use the Fedore 3 with glibc-2.3.5-0.fc3.1.x86_64.rpm and
gcc-3.4.3-22.fc3.x86_64.rpm.
