Please could you verify that oe ligature (in ISO8859-1) is now (it wasn't in
earlier version) wrongly converted to 1/2 in UTF-8 with. It is correctly
converted back to oelig. But the unicode is wrong.
(HTML codes are œ and ½ if it helps to generate the test file)
UTF-8 should be C5 93 and not C2 BD.
Just doing iconv -f ISO-8859-1 -t UTF-8 soeurs-88591.txt soeurs-UTF8.txt
and od -ah)
A correct UTF8 oelig is seen as a wrong character when converted toISO8859-1.
