There're several missing pieces of Advanced API (RFC3542) in glibc-2.4/2.3.6;
e.g. structures and functions.

Patch available.

Add RFC3542 missing-pieces

Add inet6_opt_XXX() / inet6_rth_XXX().
Delete ip6r0_addr per RFC3542.

I already had most of the code written myself. I finished it now and checked
the result in. I think my code is cleaner and less buggy (e.g., look at what
inet6_opt_find does for type==IP6OPT_PAD1). Please check out the code in a
build from the current CVS, e.g., the next Fedora rawhide build.
