et_EE_LC_ADDRESS_fixes.diff
Here comes the part which fixes the LC_ADDRESS part.
What should I do with the file header? It looks like Estonian Informatics Fund
has doesn't exist anymore and seems like current government IT hasn't even
heard of open source stuff :(

If you've verified that the organization does not exist anymore you can add
yourself as the contact if you want. Send this change separately since I
applied the patch and close this bug.
