10 c++ threads throwing exception() every 0.1ms causes 100% cpu use (xeon x64 
ht) and the threads stop responding. It doesnt happen right away but after 
random time (seconds). The same binary works fine on glibc-2.5+nptl (same 
kernel, same cpu). Kernel 2.6.18.1

Glibc version 2.3.6 is no longer being updated, and LinuxThreads no longer works
on glibc HEAD; it is unlikely that this will be fixed.

Also, for future bug reports, this is not enough information.  We would need a
test case to fix it.
