[Bug libc/4130] New: logwtmp vs. large file

logwtmp() doesn't support large files, it fails to log a record if wtmp has 
grown beyond 2GB.
"nm libutil.so.1" says "U open@@GLIBC_2.0", I guess it should rather refer to 
"open64".
