2001::/32 should perhaps be a separate prefix by default for RFC3484
implementation in getaddrinfo(). It's been added kernel-side since version
2.6.17.2 (same time as Unique Local Addresses), with a priority lower than that
of IPv4 (see net/ipv6/addrconf.c for reference).
