Some Unix implementations (e.g., the BSDs, Solaris, HP-UX) define the constant
INFTIM with the value -1, for use as the timeout argument (meaning infinite
timeout) to poll(2).  Although this constant is not specified in glibc, I
suggest that it could be useful (i.e., ease porting) to define it if _BSD_SOURCE
or _SVID_SOURCE is defined.
