In current Ru_RU locale month names are given capitalized, in nominative case. When this form is 
used to build a date with %B specifier, the resulting form is grammatically incorrect (30 &#1054;&#1082;&#1090;&#1103;&#1073;&#1088;&#1100; 2009 
for example). The correct form which should be used is lowercase, genitive case names (30 &#1086;&#1082;&#1090;&#1103;&#1073;&#1088;&#1103; 
2009).
