Linux has introduced some additional clockids, and glibc has not yet included
them from linux/include/time.h

The new clockids are:
#define CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW		4   /* since 2.6.28 */
#define CLOCK_REALTIME_COARSE		5   /* since 2.6.32 */
#define CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE		6   /* since 2.6.32 */
