sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/fcntl.h and ports/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/hppa/bits/fcntl.h contain 
the line

# define FFSYNC                O_FSYNC

O_FSYNC is not defined on either architecture, though O_SYNC is.
