Patch to fix the issue

Depending on the contents of resolv.conf, if the rotate option is enabled, some
request fails. It is due to a typo in res_send.c, the attached patch fixes the
problem.

This is not a typo.  statp.nsaddr_list and EXT(statp).nsaddrs use the same
indexes to preserve correct nameserver order, if IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are
mixed.

This bug still exists.  Here's how to reproduce it trivially:

$ cat /etc/resolv.conf 
options rotate
nameserver 2001:4860:4860::8888

$ python -c 'import socket; print(socket.getaddrinfo("www.kernel.org.", 80, 0,
0, socket.IPPROTO_TCP))'
