Rich Allocation happen to be 65536 bytes with 4096 alignment. This is not pathologic case as when you allocate 65536+4096 bytes and pick aligned address a modified bound mentioned should hold. The bound says that we must not allocate more than twice usable memory but usable memory is taken as maximum over program history.
