It appears the mtrace reporting can give incorrect caller address
that is not in the text range or shared libraries:

Then if you cannot isolate problem we cannot help, see bug reporting
quidelines.

A problem could be in multithreading/ having multiple process write to trace
file but without reproducer this is impossible to tell.
