The following libm testcases fails on POWER6 or order machine:

Failure: Test: hypot (-inf, qNaN) == inf
Result:
 is:         qNaN
 should be:   inf   inf
Failure: Test: hypot (qNaN, -inf) == inf
Result:
 is:         qNaN
 should be:   inf   inf

This is due sysdeps/powerpc/fpu/e_hypotf.c does not handle correctly -INF input
and handle as NAN.
