What about the other macros - PAGE_SHIFT, PAGE_MASK, NBPG, UPAGES, 
HOST_TEXT_START_ADDR, HOST_DATA_START_ADDR, HOST_STACK_END_ADDR?  Should 
some or all of those also be removed from <sys/user.h> for all 
architectures?
