On x86_64, hypot (0x0.fffffffffffffp-1022, 0x0.fp-1023) produces a spurious
underflow exception although the result is in the normal range.  (I think
similar issues will apply to ldbl-96 and ldbl-128 hypotl as well.)  Cause
related to bug 16316, although the symptoms are different.
