On x86_64, for long double, cosh of subnormals produces spurious underflow
exceptions:
Failure: cosh (0x2p-16384): Exception "Underflow" set
It looks likely that other versions of cosh have the same bug, arising from use
of expm1, except for it being covered up by bug 16353 meaning some expm1
versions fail to raise the exception when they should.
