on x86_64 we get (where sincos1 compute the sine using the sincos function):
Testing function sincos1 for exponent 0 [seed=1823].
rounding mode MPFR_RNDN:
wrong underflow flag for x=4.0000000000000@-269
library gives 4.0000000000000@-269
mpfr gives 4.0000000000000@-269
underflow: mpfr 1, library 0
Since 4.0000000000000@-269 = 0x1p-1074 is the smallest subnormal, an underflow
exception should be raised.
