Currently in uk_UA locale CYR-IE and UKR-IE have same collation order. In
Ukrainian alphabet UKR-IE always follows CYR-IE.

Test script:

echo -e "євгеніка\nебонітовий\nепатаж" | LC_COLLATE=uk_UA.UTF-8 sort

Current output:
ебонітовий
євгеніка
епатаж

Shoud be:
ебонітовий
епатаж
євгеніка
