ldd is sometimes used for discovering dependencies. Loading optimized libra=
ries
can interfere that because it reflects the capabilities of the machine that=
 ldd
is run on. Rather than teaching ldd users all the ways to disable loading
optimized libraries, I think we should offer one central flag for that.
