Upstream glibc configure breaks when invoked with GNU nm version
2.35.50.0.1.20201215, which is the latest Fedora 33 version for nm. Invokin=
g nm
over a manually compiled test will result in the following output, which se=

to be the cause of the error in configure:

Error message during configure is:
