I spent some time trying to figure out if its possible to privately use the patched glibc, and unfortunately it seems impossible. :( So either your technique should work, or my patch should be reviewed, because the private use of the patched glibc seems not possible even if you load the patched glibc to the separate NS. Please let me know what needs to be done to my patch to make it reviewable.
