    nptl: hppa: Fix Race conditions in pthread cancellation (BZ#12683)
    
    This patch adds the hppa modifications required for the BZ#12683 fix
    by adding the arch-specific cancellation syscall bridge.
    
    Checked on hppa-linux-gnu.
