commit 6f0baacf0f8920d084c4809ed126ed3e1be34001
Author: Carlos O'Donell <carlos@redhat.com>
Date: Tue Apr 28 15:46:00 2020 -0400
locale/tst-localedef-path-norm: Don't create $(complocaledir)
We automatically create $(complocaledir) in the testroot.root
now and so we don't need to create it in the test.
Tested on x86_64.
