commit 465660c386e35317ad5cf402f5627f4e3fc45c8f
Author: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
Date: Tue Jul 21 15:53:53 2020 -0300

linux: Move xmknoda{at} to compat symbols

It also decouple mknod{at} from xmknod{at}.

Checked with a build for all affected Linux ABIs. I checked also
    on x86_64-linux-gnu and i686-linux-gnu.
