x86 long double: Support pseudo numbers in fpclassifyl
Also move sysdeps/i386/fpu/s_fpclassifyl.c to
sysdeps/x86/fpu/s_fpclassifyl.c and remove
sysdeps/x86_64/fpu/s_fpclassifyl.c
