commit eeef96f56ce399f2c3fc1d93c0ba1dde34f3ae41
Author: Joseph Myers <joseph@codesourcery.com>
Date: Mon May 15 22:26:56 2023 +0000

Update syscall lists for Linux 6.3

Linux 6.3 has no new syscalls. Update the version number in
syscall-names.list to reflect that it is still current for 6.3.

    Tested with build-many-glibcs.py.
