Log message:
	* internal.c (gnatsdbHasNetconn): Check for a database adm entry
	that has a server and port.
	
	* database.c (readAdmFile): Add option to allow more fields than
	required.
	(databaseSpecIsNetConn, databaseSpecServer, databaseSpecPort):
	New functions.
	
	* client.c (scanEnv): Check for a database name that has optional
	host and port associated, and use them.
	
	* adm.h: Add optional DatabaseHost and DatabasePort fields to
	the database adm entry.
	
	Allows the databases file to specify a host/port to connect to, in
	addition to the directory.
