* queue-pr.c (drop_msg): Do the copying of the temporary file to
the queue directory correctly.
* misc.c (temporary_directory): New function.
* gnats.h: Declare it.
* cmds.c (get_text): Use it.
* queue-pr.c (drop_msg): Use it.
* queue-pr.c (USAGE): The help text improved.
(USAGE): Split into several smaller strings.
(main): Consider the new form of USAGE.
Various stylistic and coding standard related changes.
