By no means is this a complete patch.
Most of the queries do not work properly yet.

BUT, I can connect to a database and sort things into appropriate categories.
Of course, submission of new PRs still goes through email.

For the "LIST classes" problem, I realized that I should use "FVLD" command
to get the list. (I did the same for "state", even though "LIST states" was
working fine)

I don't know what the best way to deal with the descriptions of each yet.
There are obvious structural issues - the TkGnats(ClassesFile) etc. stuff
really should be a more clear associative array rather than a copy of the
file.

Probably there should be a better way to turn on/off debugging than keying
off userids.

Most certainly this version won't talk via localhost at all.

Also, rather than storing the query types in the dbconfig, why not have
that stuff simply uploaded by QFMT or something? Unless we are going to
have gnatsd, etc. compile the dbconfig file, the processing time would be the
same, and then one can keep the query formats with the clients. Also, is
there a solution to fields which have seperator characters in them?
