Cannot run gnats 4 on mandrake 10.1

I recently upgraded to Mandrake 10.1 from 9.2 and am unable to run gnats.

On the gnatsweb.pl I get the following in debug mode:

Is is possible that your gnats installation works, but your gnatsweb is
a version mismatch?  Could you provide us with some more information?
Have you, for example, tried "telnet localhost support" to see if gnatsd
is running?
