hi,
i need to know how to add an icon to the gnatsweb.pl file

i need the icon as part of the banner text. e.g., i want an plus a
banner text in the top heading of each page.

plz do let me know as how i can customize it.

First, this: Use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost. Depending on your name 
resolution setup, the machine might have trouble recognizing
`localhost'.

If that doesn't work, check that gnatsd isn't dying when it is started.
Try 
logging in as the `gnats' user and run gnatsd from the command line.
