Hello, In addition to the points mentioned in my earlier mail, I need a clarification: I created a file by name "gnats-db.conf" with appropriate entries under /etc directory. My database name is "pqagnats" and not gnats-db. So, should I create a file by name "gnats-db.conf" or "pqagnats.conf"? Also, from the shell, I am able to file the PRs using "send-pr" and I also got the mail. I was also able to query the PRs using query-pr from the command prompt (shell). The index file is created but is looks a bit clustered unlike the index file generated by gnats-3.113 version. There are no separators in this index file. Is this how this file created by gnats 4.0? But when I use the gnats web interface (2.9.3), I get the same error: "GNATS server cannot read the index".
