I am interested in having an append only field.  When edited, the field
would be blank and any new text would be added to the field with the date
and user name.  The entries would have the newest first.  Perhaps the order
would be an attribute.  A template can be used to define the separation of
each entry.

This can be achieved partially by using on-change and a one line change to
gnatsweb.pr.  Editpr users would have to clear the "Comments" field for
every submission.  Is anybody working on an append only field?  Is there any
interest in such a field?
